Export without access to admin panel?

As I’ve mentioned earlier I can’t get access to my admin panel because it’s just blank for some reason.
So I’ve been thinking about starting all over again with a new blog. But since I can’t get access to my admin panel I can’t export the old posts and comments and so on.
Is it possible to export those into a wxr-file and then import them to the new blog without accessing the admin panel?

Would be very happy to hear an answer, either to export in some other way or to get help accessing my admin panel…
