  • Hi @vixperth, thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, at this point there isn’t a way to export a list of the opportunities someone has RSVP’d for.

This is highly requested though and hopefully we can get to it soon.

As a workaround, you could copy and paste the list of opportunities a volunteer has RSVP’d for into a spreadsheet.

    Here are the steps:

    1. Visit the admin screen where you would normally view the volunteer’s information, including which opportunities they’ve RSVP’d for.
    2. On the right-hand side of the screen, beneath the “Volunteer Opportunities” heading, you should see a list of the one-time and flexible opportunities the volunteer has signed up for.
    3. Use your mouse to highlight all of the opportunities.
    4. Right click on your mouse and choose to copy the content.
    5. Open up a spreadsheet in your favorite tool, such as Excel or Google Sheets.
    6. Right click in the cell where you want the data to appear and choose to paste it. The data should show up in a way that allows you to modify and format it.

We know this isn’t a perfect solution but hopefully it will help! Let us know if you have any other questions or there’s anything else we can help out with.
