# Export users – stalling

 * Hello, I just installed this plugin and am trying to export and import users.
 * When I attempt to export users, I select “Users” and then click continue and 
   I get to the “To export data based on filters” screen. However, the checkboxes
   disappear and my site freezes up such that I cannot click on anything in the 
   dashboard. The “Export” button is present, but I am unable to click. After waiting
   several minutes the site becomes responsive again but I am redirected to the 
   Import/Update tab and my Export went nowhere.
 * This plugin looks very promising, please help!

 * Addendum: I was able to get it to export after a long wait (name the file and
   click export) but it would not let me refine the date range, and when it completed
   the export and I downloaded the CSV, there were only about 1000 of my 17000+ 
   users in the file. So I am still not able to get this to work…

 * Kindly rename the smack_uci_uploads folder in the following path,
    www\wordpress\
   wp-content\uploads

 * Sorry, I think there was a misunderstanding. I get a 404 error when trying to
   access the download link that was provided in an earlier reply:

 * That link gives me a 404 error in Dropbox. I don’t think renaming my uploads 
   folder will affect that.

 * Thank you. I downloaded and installed that plugin file. I attempted an export
   and it only exported 2000 of my 17000+ users.
 * I would actually like to only export the users that have been added or modified
   since a certain date. Is that feature only available in the PRO version? If so,
   is there a way to export ALL of my users in the free version? Or do I need the
   PRO version for that as well?

   export users without any limit.
 * Basic System Requirements need to be met to export a CSV with bulk of records.
   Kindly check your System Requirements by Settings → Security and Performance 
   on CSV Importer plugin settings tab. You have to increase the system requirements
   values to the minimum values mentioned in the plugin
