Export to show if a product has been downloaded.

    I installed the free version however as I couldn’t see a way to include the order field I need and I couldn’t export orders anyway, I thought I’d ask a question before considering paying for the Pro/Deluxe version.

    I would like to export a list of orders that includes a field which shows if a product has been downloaded or not. I have the downloadable product set to allow 2 downloads, so I imagine that the field would report 0, 1 or 2 downloads.

    Could you tell me if this is possible?

    Apologies if this has been asked and answered before, but I couldn’t find a way to search these support questions and answers.

    Hi neebster, great suggestion! We don’t currently offer this but I’ll look into adding a new Order Item field and summary Order field that checks if an electronic Product has been downloaded. I’ll look at this on Tuesday and include it in the 1.9.6 Plugin update; 1.9.5 goes out Monday 🙂
