Export to CSV Header

    When I export the history to csv it opens without a header row. Could an option be added to the export menu to add titles to each row, explaining what they are? This would be useful for sorting/filtering on when exported to a spreadsheet.

    Thanks for the suggestion. It sounds like a good idea so I will add it to my list of feature requests.
