# Export PDF Report button not working

 * Thanks for reaching out.
 * This usually happens when you have a custom logo set for your reports. Can you
   try reapplying the image that you are using for your reports?
 * You can do that with the following steps:
 * 1. While logged in to your site, click Insights then settings
    2. Click Advanced,
   then scroll to Export PDF Reports 3. Click the blue-button that says “Choose 
   a different header image”, and select your image again.
 * Once that is done, please attempt to export your PDF report once again.
