 * Hi,
 * I would like to export a single event, but I can only subscribe to the iCalendar.
   Is it possible to export a single event?
 * Best regards
    Björn

 * Hi [@bkiehle](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bkiehle/), this is a bug on
   our previous version. The good news is that we’ve released 6.0.6 version, which
   should fix that.
 * To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a [Staging Server](https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/creating-and-using-a-wordpress-staging-site/).
   Also, please keep a working backup of your website.
 * Best,
    Abz

 * Hi [@abzlevelup](https://wordpress.org/support/users/abzlevelup/),
 * even after the update, I can unfortunately not export individual appointments.
   I have attached a screenshot.
 * I can only choose from the following options:
    – Google Calendar – iCalendar –
   Outlook 365 – Outlook Live
 * When I select iCalendar, a calendar subscription is exported, not the individual
   event.
 * Best regards,
    Björn

 * Hi [@bkiehle](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bkiehle/), this is the last
   issue related to this, which we already released a fix in the latest release
   → [https://theeventscalendar.com/known-issues/#dl_TEC-4469](https://theeventscalendar.com/known-issues/#dl_TEC-4469).
 * Perhaps it could be a different issue. Also, there was no attached file.
 * Could you share the direct URL to the page you’re having issues with? I’d like
   to check and help you with this one.
 * Please do not share any credentials, this is for us to follow the [WordPress Forum Guidelines](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/).
 * Looking forward to helping you with this one.
 * Best,
   Abz

 * Hi [@abzlevelup](https://wordpress.org/support/users/abzlevelup/),
 * this actually looks like the same issue. Sorry for forgetting the attached file.
   Here you can find an example event:

 * Hi [@bkiehle](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bkiehle/), it seems like it.
   Were you able to follow the workaround [here](https://theeventscalendar.com/known-issues/#dl_TEC-4469)?
   See if that does the trick on your end.
 * Also, I’d like to check if the issue still persists on the latest releases. Could
   you also try updating the plugin and see if that makes a difference?
 * Best,
   Abz

 * Hi [@abzlevelup](https://wordpress.org/support/users/abzlevelup/),
 * thank you very much! Unfortunately, the workaround doesn’t work either. The latest
   version is also installed.

 * Hi [@bkiehle](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bkiehle/), that’s definitely
   weird. I wasn’t able to replicate it with the latest version. 🤔
 * By any chance, you have an existing customization that might be causing some
   issues?
 * Also, I already shared this with our team. I’d be getting back to you as soon
   as I hear from them.
 * Best,
   Abz

 * Hi [@abzlevelup](https://wordpress.org/support/users/abzlevelup/),
 * Unfortunately, I don’t know what adjustment could cause this. Thank you for forwarding
   it to the team! If you want, I can give you access to a copy of my website.
 * I understand correctly that in addition to the four options above (– Google Calendar,
   iCalendar, Outlook 365, Outlook Live), there would also need to be an option
   for the single export of an event, right?
 * Best regards
   Björn

 * Hi [@bkiehle](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bkiehle/), **please refrain
   from providing access as it is not safe to do so**, and this is for us to follow
   [ WordPress Forum Guidelines](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/).
 * That’s correct that is available for the Free version. Other options should be
   available with the [Pro version](https://theeventscalendar.com/products/wordpress-events-calendar/).
 * The correct behavior should show only one subscribed event. See the demo here
   → [https://demo.theeventscalendar.com/event/virtual-event-with-ticket-sales/](https://demo.theeventscalendar.com/event/virtual-event-with-ticket-sales/).
   The demo site is using v6.0.6.2 which is the latest release.
 * We’ve fixed the #TEC-4469 iCalendar issue subscribing to all upcoming events
   instead of only one on version 6.0.6.1.
 * Could you try the following if this makes a difference?
    1. Flush Permalinks.
    2. Disabling and re-enabling The Events Calendar Plugin.
    3. Clear Browser, Third-Party Caching or if you have Server-side Caching.
 * Please let me know how it goes.
 * Best,
   Abz
