Export not generating data

Hi,
When running the exporter, i can’t get any data out of the system. This was working in staging and we tested it when going live. I know there are new sales in the WC that haven’t been exported yet.
Can you let me know what tables are used to store the .’mark as exported’ data? Then i can check the records to see if there are no records that need exporting. Also is there a way to see what filters are running in the SQL or via the interface to see what other items might be factors in not getting data?

We add new record to wp_postmeta, meta_key = woe_order_exported.
Please, open section “Misc Settings”, mark “Enable debug output” and press Preview.

We did try the debug option, it provided no output. There was nothing in the wc logs

Could you please switch format to XLS and press Preview?
no results after changing it to xls from xml
What do you see when you press Preview?

I was getting an error about not being able to read the traits file

Yes, everything is ok with settings.
What do you see when you press Preview ?
For XML format.My bad, the settings is NOT ok.
Please, go to section “Orders Range” and remove space in each field.

Can i suggest maybe a trim() on those two fields to prevent similar situations in the future?
