 * Ive got WP set up on my laptop & online, so that I could build & test the site
   offline before transferring it.
    Im ready to do that now. So I hit export, creating
   a web archive file. Then I go to my online blog & hit import, downloading that
   file from my desktop. It asks if I want to create a new user but I just select
   Admin. But nothing transfers! It says im all set but when I look there is just
   that one same old welcome post. What am I missing? S.

 * Took another look.
    It seems that mySQL on my computer & on my host server are
   2 different versions. Would this be the problem? Can I downgrade my version without
   losing my posts? S.
