Export Import form to another website

    Hi, I have a form that I created on one website that I would like to copy and use on a 2nd website I own. I have the premium version and it is installed on both sites although I did just copy the folder from one installation to the other since I lost the download link (and that might be the problem)

    Exporting creates the CMPF file but when I do the import it says action successful but the form never appears.

    Please help! It took ages to create the form the first time.

    Hi,

    Please, follows the steps below:

    1. In the new website, press the “Settings” button associated to any of the forms in the list.

    2. Immediately, without make any change, press the “Save Changes” button, corresponding to the form. (The action checks the structure of database, and adds new columns to database if are needed)

    3. Finally, go to the settings page of the plugin, and tries to import the form again.
