    I created a Form with 2 conditions set by a “Customers” and “Visitors” Radio
   Field, the Original Form Works [Originale](https://ilweb.cloud/#contatti), while
   the Form imported from the original .json does not work [Form Importato](https://assistenza.ilweb.cloud/contatti/)
