Export hosted WP site feed to WordPress.com

I have a hosted website using WordPress (hokuhouse.com), and I wish to export the posts to display at a mirror blog on globalsense.wordpress,com. Rather than just display the RSS feed in a sidebar widget. I want the post from the hosted site to display in the main body of the WP.com site. I have the latest Jetpack installed at my hosted blog, which has WordPress 4.3 running the D5 Business Line Extend theme.

At my globalsense.wordpress.com site, when I go to import the hosted hokuhouse.com site, WordPress.com wants an OPML file. I cannot figure out how to export an OPML file from my hosted WP website. The only thing I can find to export is an XML file, and WordPress.com does not accept it.

I have been unable to find a plugin that lets me export all of my blog posts to WP.com.

Any help, please?
