# Export hangs

 * Hello,
 * We are trying to export our customers but the list that is +3K people makes the
   plugin hang. Instead of staying on the export page it takes me to this url: [http://momentlens.co/wp-admin/users.php?page=export-users-to-csv](http://momentlens.co/wp-admin/users.php?page=export-users-to-csv)
   and nothing happens.
 * I can’t export all users because this one list apparently is too long and making
   the system hang? Right now we are at about 5K customers but expect that number
   to grow.
 * Please help.
