Export full blog to PDF or other format

I have been blogging since 2005 and have over 4000 entries. I have recently been giving very bad news in regards to my health and will probably not live another year.

I would like to export my entire blog (less the sidebar widgets, just the content and pictures I have linked from Gallery2) to a PDF or Word doc or something that my non-geeky family can look at after I pass away. I have very young niece and nephew that will only ‘know’ me through my blog, so it’s important that the content be easily accessible.

I know that Blurb will take a wordpress.com blog, but I have my own domain. Also Blurb doesn’t allow enough pages because each blog entry starts on a new page (or at least the last time I looked at the software it did). I have too many entries for that.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
