Export FROM WP Gallery into Facebook Album

I’ve seen a lot of plugins that allow you to include photos FROM Facebook in your WP site. But I can’t find any that do the reverse.

Do you know of an easy way to take all of the gallery photos from a single post, and export them to a new Facebook Photo Album (with the same name as the WP posts title)?
