Export from Visual Form builders fails

I am organising an event. For this reason a registration form is made. The attendees can fill this in on the website and via WordPress I export the details into Excel format. I made a test wit the registration form and the details don’t appear in my Excel sheet. I switched of my security system to see if this was causing the problem but it was not. I tried another computer and there it worked perfectly fine. And on another external computer it also works. I suppose that it has to do with my Windows or something else but I really dont know how to solve it. Can you please help me out?
