Export File Downloading

Step one :
Download all your files from your root folder

Step two:
Download the database from phpmyadmin

Step three:
Move your files to your new server, create a new database, import the old database, change the connection configuration in your wp_config.php to the new db user and password.

Point your domain name at the new server.

Login to the dashboard , go to settings permalink. Click save settings.

Your good to go.
