 * Hi!
 * I built an extensive form on a dev side of a website and I need to move the site
   to a live one now. I’ve been using the standard method of exporting a WordPress
   Database and importing it into a new one. The issue is every time I do, the backend
   of the calculator plugin breaks during the setting screen and the calculator
   doesn’t show up at all on the page. Is there a way to export the data from the
   plugin and import it on an other site or is a easy to ensure I can move the data
   from one site to another?
 * Thanks!

 * Hi,
 * Please follow the steps below:
 * 1. Check that both websites have installed the same version of plugin (My recommendation
   is to install the latest update in both, to be sure)
 * 2. In the online website go to the settings of any of forms included with the
   plugin, and press the button to save changes (although it has not made any change),
   because in the process of saving the form’s settings, the plugin updates the
   database structure, with the columns included in the latest update.
 * 3. In the dev website, go to the settings page of plugin and export the form,
   from the “Export / Import Area” section, at the end of page
 * 4. Finally, in the new website, go to the settings page of plugin and import
   the form.
 * If the issue persists, don’t hesitate in contact me through my support page:
 * [http://wordpress.dwbooster.com/support](http://wordpress.dwbooster.com/support)
 * because I will need the access to both websites for exporting and importing the
   forms.
 * Best regards.

 * Hi,
 * I’m not seeing an “Import / Export” section anywhere on the plugin. I’ve looked
   on section where the calculators are and in the settings page of a calculator
   form. In the calculator form settings page I only have:
    - Form Builder
    - Previous and Next Buttons
    - Validation Settings
    - Note
    - Paypal Payment Configuration
    - Form Processing / Email Settings
    - Email Copy to User
    - Captcha Verification
 * I’m running the latest version of the plugin as well. Would the form information
   export/import if I used the **Tools** Export/Import feature for WordPress?

 * Hi,
 * I’m sorry my mistake, because you told me about the export and import forms,
   I’ve supposed you are using the premium version of plugin that includes this
   option in the settings page of plugin, but in the free version of plugin the
   feature is not available.
 * You can see this option in the online demo:

 * Let’s say we were to buy the premium version, would it mess any if our data up
   on the dev section upgrading the plugin? And if it wouldn’t, how much does the
   premium version cost?
