# Export CVS Not Working

 * Hi there,
    We only take a few donations/membership fees through the Give plugin
   so i dont the run the export report too often. I last ran it on Feb 28th and 
   all worked fine. I think there has been an update since then.
 * I have just gone to run the report and it is saying there are no results to return.
 * I have tried through Export Donation History
    And i have tried through: Export
   Income and Donation Stats
 * I am looking at dates between January 1st 2020 and April 19th 2020 – and have
   tried many variations on which report/which fields to export. None of them will
   open a cvs, i get a message at the bottom of the export page saying:
 * No Results Found
    The page you requested could not be found. Try refining your
   search, or use the navigation above to locate the post.
 * I know i have donations in that time as i can view them individually Donations
   and Donors.
 * Any ideas?

 * Glad you reached out here. That error message is one from the Divi theme, I’m
   fairly sure after a bit of Googling.
 * I just attempted to replicate an error on a test site of mine and was unable 
   to, and looped in a friend who uses the Divi theme and they had no issue with
   an export for a specific date range.
 * That error message is an indication that something is breaking within Divi, usually.
 * To get to the bottom of this, the fastest troubleshooting step is to temporarily
   switch to a different theme and try the export. I recognize that’s a potentially
   big ask, but if you have a staging site or other environment where you are able
   to replicate a problem where switching the theme wouldn’t be too jarring to visitors,
   that would be my recommendation.
 * Alternatively, you can try the Health Check plugin: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
   and attempt to run the export in troubleshooting mode.
