Export CSV with Double Quotes

    I have WP CSV Exporter 1.0.9 and WCE With Post Type 1.0.0 plugins activated. Is it possible to export the CSV file with double quotes? Please see below sample for details.

    "post_id","post_type","post_status","post_name","post_title","post_content"
"15271","post","publish","sample-name","same name","On October 14, 2015, <a href=""http://google.com"">google</a>"
