The CSV export is coded to faithfully export what is in the fields including newline characters. The TSV format does not permit newlines in a field, therefore its export converts them to a space. Perhaps TSV will be a better choice for you.

To order your rows the way you want, go to the Database Short Code page in the WP administration area. Instead of creating a short code, choose an "Export File" to create an export link. Further down the page set "orderby" to set your desired order.

When i export with TSV and try to re-import in phpmyadmin, it creates only 2 columns, and not one for each of my fields :(

The CSV and TSV export is not intended to allow you to import the information back into the plugin's DB. The exported data is not in the same format as the database table.

If you want to export then import back into the DB then use PHPMyAdmin's export and import.

I don't try to import data in the plugin DB but in another table of another base.
I clearly can't ask to my users to export from phpmyadmin.

Ok Michael, the TSV seems to be a good solution :)
