 * My apologies if this has been asked, but a search didn’t turn it up . . .
 * Would it be possible to set up a cron job to _export_ users, restricting it to
   a particular role and creation date? eg Subscribers created during the last week?

 * No, currently the plugin does not allow to create job task with export.
