# Export broken

 * When I try to export my blog to have a back up file I get this message:
 * This webpage is not found
    No webpage was found for the web address: [http://www.craftylife.net/wp-admin/export.php?download=true&content=all&cat=0&post_author=0&post_start_date=0&post_end_date=0&post_status=0&page_author=0&page_start_date=0&page_end_date=0&page_status=0&submit=Download+Export+File](http://www.craftylife.net/wp-admin/export.php?download=true&content=all&cat=0&post_author=0&post_start_date=0&post_end_date=0&post_status=0&page_author=0&page_start_date=0&page_end_date=0&page_status=0&submit=Download+Export+File)
   Error 6 (net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND): The file or directory could not be found.
 * Any idea what could have happened?
 * Please note I am not a coder. I know how to run WP effectively but talk to me
   like a toddler when explaining.

 * How exactly are you doing the export? There are many ways to export your database.
   Which way are you using?
 * For example:
 * Method 1) Tools > Export
 * Method 2) Using a backup plug-in like [WP-DB-Backup](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-db-backup/)

 * I am using the Tools>Export I also use a WP DB backup but I am not sure how to
   restore from a backup.
