Export Booking System Reservations

    Hi,
    I Need to export last year’s reservations for my insurance company.
    I have filtered all of the ‘expired’ bookings within a date range, showing me all of last year’s bookings but when I export (Excel/CSV) the downloaded file size is only 1kb, then when I try to open it in Excel there are two error messages:

    1. “The file format and extension of ‘reservations.xls’ don’t match. The file could be corrupted or unsafe. Unless you trust its source, don’t open it. Do you want to open it anyway?
    – YES –
    Excel then only gives me the Column Headers: ID, Calendar ID etc.
    CSV gives me:
    2. Excel has detected that ‘reservations.csv’ is a SYLK file, but cannot load it. Either the file has errors or it is not a SYLK file format. Click OK to try to open the file in a different format.
    – OK –
    Blank worksheet.

    Please help!

    Hello,

    At this moment you cannot export expired reservations from the backend. The expired reservations can be found on the database and also exported from there.
