    Hi, I just moved over from WP-Table Reloaded to now using table press. I’m unsure how to have the export options (print; excel; html) showing next to the search option at the top of each table in the wordpress page. I was able to do this in WP-Table Reloaded. Can I do this in tablepress.

    Also, is there an easy way to change the color of the header (i.e. row one) instead of the pale blue?

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and nice to hear that you already migrated to TablePress! 🙂

    Unfortunately, I have not so good news about this feature: I simply did not yet have the time to re-develop this feature for TablePress 🙁 The reason is that there was an update to the JavaScript library that offers these features, and that lead to a slightly different way of integration of this library.
    I’m however planning on adding this feature in the next couple of weeks, so I hope that this is not an immediate necessity for you.

    And about the color change: Yes, this is possible with some “Custom CSS”. Please try adding

    .tablepress thead tr,
    .tablepress tfoot tr {
      background-color: #ff0000;
    }

    to the “Custom CSS” textarea on the “Plugin Options” screen of TablePress, and change the color values as needed.

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hi,

    actually, I’d like to revise my last post. Due to a change in the TablePress default CSS, that will ship with version 0.7-beta, the code needs to be changed to

    .tablepress thead th,
    .tablepress tfoot th {
      background-color: #ff0000;
    }

    Regards,
    Tobias
