Export and Import okay, but getting 404 and unable to publish

    I export and import okay but the pages are not working.
    srce server URL:https://172.16.100.212/wordpress
    dest server URL:https://172.16.101.100
    I queried the for a specific page the DB and noticed that it still using the old address:
    select * from wp_posts where ID =262;
    http://172.16.100.212:8080/wordpress/?page_id=262

    Also I am not able to create new pages. with a publish failed error.
    Apache log is fill of 404

    Plugin are removed or disabled.
    [root@www01 mariadb]# cat /etc/redhat-release
    CentOS Linux release 7.6.1810 (Core)

    Tried to replace 172.16.10.212:8080 with 172.16.101.10. Checked the DB and they were updated with the new IP but still the same errors.

    Check to see if homeurl and siteurl are the same under settings on both sites.

    No issue experienced when importing into another hosted WP instance, so it must be an instance env. specific!
