export, all => 502

    When trying doing a WXR-export of ‘all’ authors from a blog running wp 2.2.1, I’m sent to “…/wp-admin/export.php?author=all&submit=Download+Export+File+%C2%BB&download=true”
    and a 502 server error.

    This doesn’t happen if I choose any other author (existing or not!).

    The server is running “Apache/2.2.4 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.4 OpenSSL/0.9.8e proxy_html/2.5”

    Is there a way to fix it so I can export from all authors?
