# Expiry date issues

 * Hi,
 * I have edited expiry date for my subscribers and it seems that they are still
   being able to view a restricted content after the expiration date. Their subscription
   is still active.
 * Why is that happening?

 * Members are expired by a script that runs around midnight via “WP CRON”. On some
   setups (with low traffic or aggressive caching), the cron may not run properly.
   You can setup a more consistent cron via the instructions here:
