expired two factor authentication

    Trying to login to my wife’s sites that I have running the Duo plugin. I’ve verified that the time is sync’ed with NTP on the server. removed and re-installed the plugin a few times. Rebooted the web server just because (it needed it anyways). I’ve deleted the duo integration and created a new one. reset the plugin and still get a login loop that barely lets me approve the 2 factor push to my phone.

    enter username and password.
    duo screen comes up, press the Push option.
    accept the push on the phone
    login redirects back to login screen with error:
    “expired two factor authentication”
