Support » Plugin: Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer » Expired Subscrition Template Not Showing Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer

  • Hi there,

Loving the plugin, however I am having a small issue. I want to edit the email template for an expired subscription but it does not appear in the email type drop down. All the plugins, theme and WordPress version are up to date.

Could you help me try to get this template appear?

    Thank you.

    Hi,
Thanks for getting in touch! Are you using a plugin that is outputting the expired subscription email? This plugin does not style 3rd party plugins. You would need to have the plugin authors add in a hook. Let me know if I can help further!

    Regards,
    Hannah

    Hi,

I am having the same problem. I’m using the Subscriptio plugin for my subscriptions, and I reached out to them with what you said about adding a hook, but they’re not quite sure what you mean. Can you explain further? @hannahritner

Their developers would need to get in touch if they need help with the code. The basic thing is our plugin is designed to work with core woocommerce emails, third-party plugins that want to allow their users to customize their emails through our plugins need to add support for that or collaborate with us to add support.

Consider that third-party plugins have their own email templates and so there is no way for a plugin like ours to inherently support templates that another plugin controls.

    Ben
