Expired membership & course still visible with paid membership pro

    Hi, I need to close the courses for the expired members. I set up a woocommerce product, set the membership level inside the product(already set member level) and set the course linked to the wooocommerce product.
    When someone buys it, the course gets visible for the user, but when the membership ends the course is still available for the user.
    Am I missing something?

    I’ve also bought woocommerce suscriptions and it does end the suscription but the user still has access to the course

    Hi,

    The payment method should be selected in the monetization settings of Tutor LMS. If you have configured everything properly and they are still not working, we might need to have a deeper look at your site. Please send an email to support at themeum dot com with the page link that is causing the problem.

    We prefer communicating with us via email for Pro version features.

    Hi, i got it running. It was a matter of setup. Woocommerce suscriptions works like a charm with tutor LMS.
    One last thing, I’m having issues with the cache plugin. Old pages lead users to beleave they have to add to cart again the course and pay it again.
    I’m using WP fastest cache. I did try to disable cache in some pages but it takes too much of my server. Another idea was to set cache to clean every 1 minute… also too much server usage.
    I have also cloudflare
    Any other idea?

    You may use the Auto Optimize plugin. WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache and Fastest cache is not compatible with Tutor LMS at this moment. You may also check WP Rocket.
