Hi Shebaz,
You can do bulk renewals on the admin dashboard under Directory->Directory. You should be able to select multiple listings and under “Bulk Actions” pick “Renew” and then Apply.
If that’s not working, report back with the version of BD you’re running here and we’ll work it out from there.

Thanks for reply. I may submit some other problems for guidance:
1. We want to restrict to visitors to edit listing. Currently our listing are visible with edition and deletion option for general public with site preview. How can we restrict then and which are the user privileges for visitors directory access?
2. If we want to show one listing per page is it possible? Moreover we also required category wise customization of listing fields. We want to show category wise display of listings registered under different categories with different group sets is it possible?

Hi Shehbaz,
1) Editing and deleting are restricted to the owner of the listing and all administrators. If you see that every listing is editable, chances are you’re logged in as an admin. This is not something that regular users see. We don’t have any other ways of restricting it right now, but this is usually the right level of restriction for most sites (admin and user)
2) You could put one listing per page in the directory listing page, but most users want a list of listings when they do searches. You can change this by setting the listings per page in Directory Admin->Manage Options, General tab (I think) to 1. You may also want to install WP-PageNavi as a pagination plugin to help as well.

Thanks for guidance. I would like to submit two more questions:
1) One i want to renew, delete, publish listing in bulks we can do only 20 record in one batch instead of whole or more listings. If i want to perform any action on all or more than 20 listings then what is the solution?
2) When i want to import bulk data; the test run completed successfully with total number of records the import file contains. When i process physically then some records imported and i got no message for successful import of data. When i look listings some percentage of listings migrated. What is the reason and solution of this problem?

Hi Shehbaz,
1) The 20 limit is what the dashboard supports today. We’ll look to allow you to do more in a future release. Sorry for the hassle on that.
2) Are you running on shared hosting? Shared hosting can create a bunch of problems, especially when you want to do data imports. I would suggest wiping out the database of listings and re-importing them in smaller chunks. That usually helps to work around the problem. Since I don’t know how many you tried to import, I don’t know how small you need to break them into, and whether you’re doing image uploads or not (that adds to the upload time and reduces the number of listings you can upload in the window that your PHP timeout allows)
