In the ADDITIONAL SETTINGS, I see where I can expire a pop up based on days, weeks, months and years. Can a pop up be shown once per session?

I’m trying to avoid users going to the home page, seeing the pop up, clicking around the site and when going back to the home page – seeing the pop up again.

    Hi @michaelmiller645,

For this kind of behavior you can enable “Not from an internal link” condition in “Pop-up display rules”.

So when using internal links on your site popup will not show, but if they live the site and visit it afterward the popup will show again.

    Cheers,
    Predrag

I appreciate the info and that certainly makes sense! However, that didn’t solve the problem.

I enabled “Not from an internal link” from the “Pop-up display rules”, clicked UPDATE – and yet the pop up appears everytime I go to the home (even from internal pages on the site).

Could it just be a caching issue?

    Hello @michaelmiller645

    Hope all is well!

Solution shared from Predrag has worked well on my end. Would you please clear site’s cache and make sure that you’re running the latest version of the plugin?

If the issue still persists, please share with us a link to your site so we could have a closer look.

    Please advise,

    Kind regards,
    Nastia

It’s still an issue. Every time I go back to the home page, the pop up appears. I’m sure it’s just a setting on my side somewhere, but I can’t figure it out.

Can I send you the link to the site privately? It’s still in staging (although we’re hoping to launch it tomorrow). Would you need access to the ADMIN? Editor permissions?
