# Experiencing issues with Pro Plan

 * Good day,
 * I purchased the Contact Form 7 Multi-Step Forms Pro plan, but am experiencing
   a number of issues:
 * 1. [previous “Go Back”] Button is not working (See Step 2 of 4 onwards).
    2. 
   Populated form fields are not included in the emails. It simply states Title:[
   Title] 3. Summary of what the user entered in previous steps is not showing up
   when I add the [multiform “your-name”]
 * My site is due to go live tomorrow and I’ve already spent so many hours trying
   to figure this out, but I’m stuck. Please help. Thanks, Jana

 * This turned out to be an issue caused by **another plugin** that doesn’t jell
   with the Contact Form 7 Multi-Step Forms Plugin. The culprit was the _Contact
   Form 7 – Success Page Redirects plugin_. For future users, I’d steer well clear
   if I were you.

 * Thanks for updating the post.
 * Just to be clear, the other plugin was removing the default Contact Form 7 javascript
   file and causing the form to not use AJAX when submitting the form. And the PRO
   version of this plugin requires the CF7 form to submit via AJAX.
