  • It is what it is. I’d be ashamed if my company’s support page looked like Onetone; days, weeks, months, years with no response or support for thousands of users. Not a good tactic to entice buyers. Happy users are the buying users of a product, not left in the dark and abandoned by support users; they’ll never buy if you’ve shown you don’t care about them.
