[resolved] Expanding to fit entire browser screen (5 posts)

    My site is awardtripideas.com

    When I open it up in the browser, it looks like it only takes up maybe 75-80%. However, when I look at a different website using the same theme: http://www.millionmilesecrets.com, theirs expands to fill the entire browser, so I know it is not my browser.

    How do I make mine do that?

    Howdy! It looks like that user has modified their site to expand to the full screen width. You can do this in a child theme or with a Custom CSS plugin (like Jetpack) by increasing the max-width on #container, like so:

    .three-column #container {
      max-width: 100%;

    I've tried to use jetpack to do it, but it does not seem to work... Is there anything else to change/switch?

    I tried with jetpack too - doesnt seem to work. is it because it cannot find the original string to overrule?
