Expanding Menu Item

I’m looking for the code that will expand a menu item to reveal the submenu items. I understand the Parent/Child relationship and I want to place the cursur over a menu button and have it expand to reveal the submenus.

Have I explained that so that anyone can understand it?

Here is what I’m working with:

My Site: Hover over the Series on the Masons. See How it expands?

My Other Site: I want to Hover over “The Pastor’s Page” and have it expand to reveal the author’s of other pages.
