They’ll help with Installation and basic usage questions, but for coding help you need to join their “Expert” forum ($47/month). Otherwise, you’re on your own.

That doesn’t seem too bad. They probably are Experts since they build and maintain the theme.
In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations. Doing this will provide the developer with the income they need to make WordPress awesome.

Expand2web support is extremely slow. I have hostmonster as my hosting service and I have to let you know that their service is exceptional. I just bought the small biz theme (2nd one) and I am not at all happy with the service..it takes too long. I am ready to switch already.
