Expand products issue

    Hi. im having an issue when i open the products with descriptions it seems the expand doesnt work correctly. instead scroll the content below. show it over the page.

    i tried different theme even the Twenty Fifteen. also unstalled the other plugins but doesnt work.
    Please take a look since i already bought the shortcode adon and i want the gallery work Thanks

    When you click on an item card the item expander opens below the image and that is what I see happening on your site?

    Are you saying that the item expander is opening full width of the screen and showing onctop of the sidebar? This is what it is designed to do.

    As you now have a lifetime license for the a3 Portfolio Shortcodes plugin if you have any questions or issues with that plugin in the future you are able to post those to the plugins support forum on a3rev

    Only lifetime License Holders can post to the forum so you need to be logged in with your customer account – you will find support there is much faster and more in-depth.

    Hi Steve thanks for the quick response.
    My issue is not with the width is about the expander scroll behavor.
    Im attaching an image that explain the issue

    When u click a item the expander shows over the product, not push down the other items how should be like in your demo site.

    Can u please take a look of the site again i added more items to see what im talking. Click a item and see the behavior.

    Maybe is a bug or i need change something in the settings?

    Thank you for clarifying that. No it is not a bug – the reason why you can see the desired behavior on the demo site is because we have the a3 Portfolio Isotope plugin installed.

    Please go to http://a3rev.com/my-account/ and log in with your customer account. On the My Account dashboard go to the [Free Downloads] section – there after acknowledging the ‘Commercial Licensing’ you can download that plugin for free. Install it using the Key that you get and it will resolve that issue for you.
