• Hi there!

    First: <3 this plugin! Thanks for that!

    Second: Is there a way the first answer could already be opened when the page loads? Some pages look kinda “naked” with -maybe- only 4 rows of text when the accordian is still closed on startup.

    Third: I tried to put a “NextGen-Gallery”-Shortcut ( [nggallery id=”X”] ) under H4-tagged headings, but the gallery itself didn´t disappear – only the text beneath the H4 was “accordianated”. Any solution?

    Thanks in advance!

    Thank you for trying and liking the plugin. I’m glad it is helpful for you.

    Can you provide a link to your page in which you are having the issue with the NextGen Gallery? I’ll take a look at it.

    As for the option of having the first question expanded automatically, that is not in the plans for soon-to-come upgrades to the plugin. However, you do not need to have just a few lines of text and a page that appears to be lacking something. I would recommend having some introductory text and / or an image before the first question.

    Thank you for your fast response!

    For now i´ve made a workaround which i´m not so happy about; that page won´t last too long on the net. But i´ve made a test-page for you:

    Testpage NGGallery vs Easy Faq

    (don´t be surprised if the look changes sometimes; i´m still workin´ on the “finishing”)

    The NextGen Gallery does not get hidden because it has this style in the CSS:

    display:block!important;

    The !important makes browsers ignore the plugin’s instructions to hide the content. I might have found a possible solution, but I need to test it on NGGalleries to ensure it solves the issue. Stay tuned.
