 * I’m using server cache and wp rocket. Is it possible to exclude the timer from
   the cache as it’s giving misleading times whenever that page is reloaded?

 * I am also looking for the same solution.
 * By the way, how did you set the countdown timer so everytime page is loaded it
   starts from the same time?
 * for example everytime I load the page I want it to start counting down from hour
   6 and 00 minutes.
 * Right now mine keeps just counting down until it expires
