 * Hi Sygnoos,
 * I am a little confused about how the exit intent popup will work. I have made
   one exit popup wit ha small survey form in order to get feedback from our user.
   In order to test the popup, I have set the Exit Intention Option to “Soft Mode”
   and “Always”. So this does not tell me anything about how it will work, if I
   change the Exit Intention Option to “per month”.
 * If I set the Exit Intention Option to “per month” does that mean:
 * 1. The user will get the popup all the time until he answers it. And when he
   has answered it, then he will not get it until a month has passed. Or ..
 * 2. If the user closes the popup WITHOUT answering it – then he will not get it
   until a month has passed.

 * Dear Carsten,
    We are already working on our new site that will include all the
   necessary information and documentation about each type of the popup
 * If you set “Soft Mode” and “Always” this will mean that the user will see overtime
   when he/she wants to leave the site. If you set “Per month” instead of “Always”
   the popup will be shown to the same user once in a month.
 * If you want to show the popup every time until the user answers to all the questions,
   then you need customization of the Exit Intent popup. As we are not able to predict
   all the specific cases of its usage.
 * P.S. If you are our PRO user please send us an email with your questions to [wp-popup@sygnoos.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/exit-intention-option/wp-popup@sygnoos.com?output_format=md)
   as we keep this forum for our FREE users.
 * Best Regards,
    Sygnoos Team.

 * Thanks. I am a Pro user, so I will use email instead.
    However, I think that
   your answer solved my problem.
