Exit intent (popup) displays when i use page scrool

    Hi,
    I use page scrool on chrome, exit intent popup displays so it is very difficult to visitors see their content
    I only want popup when they click x icon on tab of browser
    Would you please fix this error ? thank you

    Hi @huydn117

    I hope you are doing well.

    I’m afraid the exit intent will trigger when the mouse cursor leaves the page, you can configure a delay, for example, 1-2 seconds.

    There are different ways to leave a page, clicking on X icon, typing a new address, closing the browser, so I’m afraid based on cursor would be the best option.

    However, it sounds like your PopUp is trigging on the scroll, do you have any other PopUp configured that would be trigging the PopUp on scroll?

    Or does the mouse cursor leaves the page when the PopUp triggers?
