    Hello,

    We recently used your plugin on our staging site and it was constantly showing up even when we set it appear once per user. After some research we felt it might have done to due to cookie issues but it was just our assumption. We just launched the site live yesterday and now the exit intent is not appearing at all. We checked our visibility settings and we only set it to not appear on certain pages but it’s not appearing on any pages at all. Please advise.

    Hi @adas88,

    Is the popup supposed to show on the homepage or some other pages, if so, which ones?

    Also, could you go to Hustle > Pop-ups and export your popup by clicking on the Gear icon on the right side of your popup.
    Upload the popup to any file sharing service like GDrive or DropBox and share the download link here so we can have a closer look at the settings.

    Thanks for sharing the export.

    I checked it on my own site and after I removed the second (empty) condition grup from “Visibility” settings page, it started working.

    If you look into your popup configuration, there’s a condition group at the top that’s set to “hide if any” and contains a set of rules and below it there’s a second condition group set to “show if all” – it has no rules set, though.

    Try removing that group then clear all caches (including browser cookies) and see if that works, please.
