# Exit Intent JS Error

 * I just downloaded the plugin and can get my pop-up to work when I set it to on-
   load or on-click, but when I try to use Exit-Intent it doesn’t work at all. Upon
   console inspection I come across this error:
    Uncaught ReferenceError: SgpbEventListener
   is not defined at ExitIntent.js?ver=3.1.5.2:243
 * I am not sure how to resolve it as I just downloaded the plugin, I dont know 
   why it would not be working. Any help would be appreciated.
