 * We have over 28000 users of our website and we would like to start sending out
   a newsletter to everyone, they already opted in (the word press site wasn’t our
   first site) but there doesn’t seem to be an option to send out to the existing
   users.
 * Can you help?

   to Export data from any of your other websites and import it to the one you wish
   to. Please follow the steps mentioned in the link & it would be done.
