 * I am trying to install Multi Site and had Multi Site a while ago. I thought I
   deleted it. I am getting the message
 * Warning: An existing WordPress network was detected.Please complete the configuration
   steps. To create a new network, you will need to empty or remove the network
   database tables.
 * I don’t have the original .htaccess file and I don’t know where network database
   tables are I don’t want to delete things that I don’t know what they are.

 * I just want to add I’ve deleted these tables in my database and I deleted the
   line enabled multisite in my wp-config file. my .htaccess file is blank so I
   don’t have anything to restore that to. So I am really stuck.

 * Did you delete all the lines in the wp-config?

 * I have. I reinstalled WordPress and reinstalled MultiSite. Although now I have
   two websites in my network. The main one uses my theme but the other one does
   not. When I visit the site it has no styles at all. I enabled the theme for the
   network so I thought it should work. When I click edit and then themes on the
   site with no styles it says Network enabled themes are not shown on this screen.
   If I click another there is still no style.

 * You mean your sub-site doesn’t show themes?
 * Did you update your .htaccess correctly?

 * Well that’s a problem 🙂
 * When you activated Multisite, it told you to edit the wp-config.php and .htaccess
 * Go to yourdomain.com/wp-admin/network/setup.php
 * You’ll see what you should have done.
