  • Hello. When logged on as an existing user (non admin) on a network install, whenever I try to register on another site on the same network, I am not allowed to join. I get a double error saying the username is already in use and the email is already in use. Is this by design? Or is it an error? What can be done to work around this?

    I am having the same problem!

    Users are auto-registered for site1 but then when they log into site2 they are not added as a subscriber…

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

    I forgot to check auto notify of follow-ups…sorry for the double post.

    That’s by design. And actually users should NOT be autoregistered for site 1, unless you put in code to do that.

    Users register for the network. They must be ADDED per site.
