    Dear opajaap,

I’ve installed the actual plugin version 5.2.6 and tried the different settings. I read some of the forum entries and they helped understanding some settings.

My problem seems to be different as there is NO record at all in the both db-tables _iptc and _exif. The pictures themselves do have EXIF and IPTC included – even if you download them via the plugin.

Tables X and XI only show two lines saying “TAG”. But there are no tags listed.
II B17 is activated (ticked). IX E9 is activated as well.

What else can I check? Here is a link of the test Gallery:

    Thank you for your help.

    Best regards
    Peter

    Run Table VIII-A1: setup.
If you did NOT resize during upload, try Table VIII-A7: Recuperate.

There seems to be a problem with my pictures. Your plugin does not find any metadata in it. After recuperate the message is: “Done! 45 items processed. 0 photos with IPTC data and 0 photos with EXIF data.”

Is it “normal” for table X and XI to not show any tags? I thought they will show up the tags I could use for EXIF and IPTC.

Here you could have a look:

Please mail me one or twe of your pictures for testing.
I just double checked the plugin, starting with empty exif and iptc tables and found no problems.

pls mail to opajaap at opajaap dot nl

Also: PLEASE check Table IX-A3, so i can see your php config.

Thank you for your help. Problem was the type how information was stored.
