Execution time out exceeded when fetching

The plugin was working perfectly but has stopped pulling through campaigns automatically. I tried alternate cron, increasing ram, execution time to 450 but no effect. It only works now if I click to fetch manually (and takes just 7 seconds). Any reason why it would be doing this? I have 90 campaigns, fetching 5 posts each (but not all RSS’s have posts at the time of fetching so it’s not a big drain on the server). No error log showing php ram etc exceeded. When I look at the campaign that’s running automatically (each hour) I can see the timer is moving so it is doing its job, and refreshing the page just shows it running until it hits the time limit of 450 and stops.
